Crap TV Flashbacks: “V” The Original Mini-series
Most of you aren’t old enough to have seen this mini-series when it originally aired. Well…I wasn’t really either. I slightly remember it being on and having nightmares about lizard people. I wasn’t old enough to know what was going on, but I watched it recently again just for the lulz and because the new series is really bad too. I just wanted to see what the end was going to be and why this one sucks so hard.
The mini-series originally aired back in 1983. Apparently, it is responsible for people in sci-fi nerd nation to call aliens “Visitors” or some such thing. Kind of odd considering that they are all EVIL. They released these on DVD sometime in the 90s which we can all get as torrentz whenever we want.
Let’s just say that this original show was just as cheesy as the new one, but probably at least had better science and a less annoying son. They didn’t have as modern office furniture back in that version, but it was still unrealistic sci-fi, oh wait do people actually buy into the Sy-Fy makeover that went on? Can you believe they changed the name of that channel to that? Retarded. They want to copyright Sy-Fy because they can’t on Sci-Fi is what I read. Anyways, back to this show…Not sure if these are for the end of the new one, but they are for the original:

the ending was basically the “V” winning, and us asking for help from other aliens in space at the end. Yeah…it’s gay. You can read the entire plot summary here on wiki if you really want to be spoiled.

Note: This is how you do spoilers on message boards btw. Make a HUGE gap between the spoilers and the rest of your post so whiners don’t whine about you being a dick. That is if you give a rat’s ass for anyone else you dirty sexy troll
So…if you read that you probably know how this show will end. It SHOULD end that way because that is just how logic says it should. Of course we need more Pro-America propaganda don’t we?
EDIT: Oh snap…the entire mini-series is on Youtube. Here’s Part 1:
