No this person isn’t some poster that posts dirty stories on the forums, or has cyber sex with the other users so put your pants back on.
The post whore is just a person who posts random crap as much as possible and really adds zero value to anything on the boards. They live ont he message board and likely post more than anyone else on the site. If there is a Top 10 for most posts this guy/girl will surely be in it. At least the picture poster actually gives us something to look at and maybe even a laugh. The post whore contributes nothing on most occasions with posts that include nothing more than a laughing emoticon, or even worse, just the abbreviation “LOL!” just so everyone knows that THEY read your post and think it is funny.
In a relatively loose community this user’s posts are followed by a post that says “Post Whore” 90% of the time. If you see this kind of poster you can use the term freely.
